16mm Scale

16mm scale is another interest that some of our members have.

Recently one of our members, whilst recovering from a serious illness, completed this loco which is an Accucraft “Superior”. It is now lined out with a mixed rake of stock representing the Bowater railway at Sittingbourne in Kent.

This time a 3d printed battery engine. Done in Drab Green and with a first ever attempt at weathering!
